Beginning in May 2014, fully two years after the Bolotnaya rally, authorities charged three more people in relation to the Bolotnaya rally. Two of the three were subsequently amnestied. The remaining person, Dmitriy Ishevskiy was arrested in Moscow on May 28,charged with mass rioting and violence against police on Bolotnaya square, and put in custody pending trial.
