Accounts for Glow are managed at local level. If you work in a local authority, schools, college or university (Faculty of Education) then it is your own establishment that can create an account for you.

| North Lanarkshire Council | Parents/Pupils – If you experience an issue with Glow, in the first instance contact your own school by email. This will be on the school and council website. Failing this, contact the local Town Hub during the current pandemic. These details will also be on the school and council websites. When contacting the Town Hub, please have your child’s name, the school they attend, and their current stage/year group.
