Before implementing Kinderpedia, we were communicating verbally and in writing, on several channels. The disadvantage of this type of communication, especially in larger communities of parents, is that it can be disrupted. Emails are easily overlooked by tired parents, end up in spam or become irritating due to frequency. Using multiple communication channels, it is difficult to make sure that the information has reached the recipient. For example, in order to inform parents how much their children ate, we used a table on which we measured the proportion of each meal. It was creative, but not very easy to follow.

Communication with parents has improved and there is now greater transparency in children's development. We upload to Kinderpedia the daily timeline, daily menu, information about how much the child ate or slept, the calendar of events, image galleries from activities and many other valuable resources for the family. What were you doing before we engaged? What problem were you trying to solve?
Kindergartens have several unique requirements. For example, parents expect quick and regular communication about their children, their day to day activity and their progress. Children’s attendance and development need to be tracked, managed and reported on a regular basis.
